Writing about it so turned me on! So in honor of my upcoming release in Satisfy Me III, Driving my Man Wild, where the main character gets some "inspiration" from 200 year old love letters, I'm hosting the Love Note Pressed on Skin Contest!

How to Enter?

Share with me the contents of what you feel was your most romantic love note. Doesn't matter how gritty, base or nasty it is. In fact, you don't have to clean up the language, I'm interested in seeing/hearing about them in the "raw." I'll then let the public vote on my top three choices. It's Friday and I don't feel like doing squat! I'm out on Spring Break and can't believe that it's come and gone already. I need another week out doggonit!

I saw this photo and just HAD to share. It tickled me and repulsed me simultaneously. I guess I'll never make America's Next Top Model--actually I won't for a number of reasons beginning with I'm only 5'4"--but haute couture can be very unattractive. There is nothing in his makeup that would make me wanna purchase that outfit.

Once again, a wife had the most unpleasant duty of standing by her philandering man, showing her support, shoring up his flagging public opinion at the expense of her own self worth.

Ladies, just STOP IT NOW.

I am not a stand by my man at any cost type of woman. It's time we as women said what we wanted and let our actions speak for themselves. There is no way in the world that look on Silda Spitzer's face could be thought to be anything but what it was: Anguish, embarrassment, betrayal. Yet, some politico spin doctor has instructed her to be there, smile, show support for your man.

What the hell about her?

What about the fact that not only did he steal from the people, he misused and maligned her? Could have infected her with a myriad of diseases? Lied to her and the kids at some point to cover an inconsistency? And then he can turn around and ask her to stand by him?

What Is The Real Secret To Manifesting?

There are a multitude of books about manifesting money, the laws of attraction, and the so-called secret to such. And along with that there are multitudes of people who are now in therapy trying to get to the bottom of why they cannot manifest. I wrote Money and Manifesting to teach people exactly how to get to the root of the matter and how to really create whatever they desire, instead of just thinking about it.

There is so much more to manifesting than thinking positive thoughts, repeating positive affirmations, and applying the laws of attraction. In order to manifest we need to be able to connect the dots. We need to be able to go from point A to B. We need to understand energy and how it works and we need to learn how to transform energy and make something out of nothing.

We are certainly capable of changing our thoughts. We are capable of thinking positively and affirming those positive thoughts. We are capable of letting go and having faith that whatever we’re trying to create with our minds will eventually show up. But this is only part of the process and there is something wrong with this picture as many have discovered.

So here are some of the real secrets: We cannot effectively manifest anything from a place of ego based wants, needs, and desires. We cannot create effectively here in the earth plane with only our minds. The seat of creation is the root chakra – our base. And the energy of money resides in the root chakra as a very basic symbol of survival. So why are you trying to create money with your minds?

There is something else too. If you can identify with something, if you can see yourself reflected in something or someone, you then have a springboard for change. And then if you can fully integrate and implement what you learned from seeing yourself reflected, you then have transformation. Because of this, parts of Money and Manifesting are fictionalized so there is a very good story here too and one which everyone can identify with.
When you’re done reading the book, you’ve also had an exercise in left brain/right brain integration, which is a first and basic step of manifesting. When you’ve read the last page and you close the book, you will feel the shift. That is what has the power to change your life. Forever.

Sometimes it just doesn't pay to be on message boards. You learn too much stuff, too quickly. I can't even claim innocence because the nosy sleuths have already put the 4-1-1 out there for me to click the link and ooh and aah about.

Once again, an author has given authorhood a bad name. And these traditional publishers....sheesh! I think I'll pen a new memoir, get a fat advance, then stick my tongue out and let them try to sue to get a penny back when they find out it's fake, fake, fake.

This would take me into gestapo mode: heads would roll, hearts ripped out of chests...Make some"breathing room" in the budget.

Good girl authors do finish last...but not for always :)
